Yvonne Rogers

Yvonne Clark-Rogers is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Price Chopper & Market 32 Supermarkets, where she has served as a member of the human resources team since 2015. In that time, she has held roles with both corporate and operations focus, in recruitment, organizational development, talent development, and DEI. Prior to joining Price Chopper, Clark-Rogers held several operations and executive support roles in human resources at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Before joining RPI in 2006, Clark-Rogers worked for several years in customer service, business office operations and human resources for Wal-Mart, Inc. Her professional roles and entrepreneurial pursuits have afforded her the opportunity to be involved in the community in a variety of meaningful ways. She volunteers in the capacities of mentor, council member, instructor and career coach for a number of organizations, with the goal of empowering youth, women and people of color.

Clark-Rogers possesses a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

She resides in upstate NY with her husband and son.
