Tim Hylka started at MORC in 2013 as a Senior Trainer with over 25 years of experience. For the last 5 + years, Hylka has taken on the task of online training development specialist, officially moving into the role of the MORC Training Department Curriculum Specialist, as an expert utilizing online authoring tools to format asynchronous interactive level 2 trainings that are formatted to meet the Web Content Accessibility 2.1 AA guidelines.
