Shane Potis has been with MORC since 2016, initially working as a Support Coordinator before joining MORC training in the fall of 2019. Potis brings 10+ years of working experience and advocacy in a diverse variety of human service fields to his role in training. Potis applies his passion for helping others to his role in online training development to ensure that those working in direct care have access to the highest quality and most accessible training options available.
