Robert Sheehan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Mental Health Association of Michigan. The CMH Association's members, numbering over one-hundred-fifty organizations, provide mental health, substance use disorder, and intellectual/developmental disability services to over 300,000 Michigan residents annually. These members include the state's public community mental health centers (CMHs), the public Medicaid Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs; created and governed by the state's CMHs to manage the state's Specialty Medicaid program) and private providers offering a wide array of services.
