Kristina Kircher graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and holds certificates in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Practical Facilitation Skills. Kircher is also an accredited facilitator in Triple P Stepping Stones, a program designed for parents of a child with a disability, and is a trained facilitator for Acceptance and Commitment Training for Family Caregivers of People with Developmental Disabilities. Kircher has been working in the disability sector in a variety of roles for over 20 years, most recently holding positions as the Manager of Corporate Education at St.Amant and the chair of the conference we present, Beyond Limits: Canada's Conference for Diversity and Accessibility. Through her roles, Kircher enjoys bringing engaging and meaningful professional development and training to all. Building connections, helping to amplify the voices of disability self advocates, and continuing conversations about accessibility and inclusion are the key aspects of her work that she finds especially meaningful.
