Jeanne Allen

Jeanne Allen is an expert in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership in the nonprofit sector. As a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant, she is an expert in board development & governance and nonprofit leadership development. 

Jeanne's reputation is built on engaging workteams in creative ways to build on their dreams and visions. Previously, Allen worked 25+ years in national, state, and local nonprofits, as well as in higher education in a community college. Much of that time, her primary focus was capacity building focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
