Diana Rodriguez

Diana Rodriguez, LMSW, is a New York State Licensed Social Worker and a Cultural Diversity Coordinator at the Rose F. Kennedy Center at Montefiore Hospital. She works with children and adults with developmental disabilities and special health care needs. She provides advocacy and emotional support. As the diversity coordinator her Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work includes curriculum development, provides staff with a monthly Let's Talk "DEI" series. She assists in providing common understanding, and elements related to maintaining positive relationships with staff and the patients we serve in a diverse environment
